About me
Dawn Fickett, M.A. is the Director of Afterschool and Summer Learning Programs for MSAD 54, where she leads the district's REACH Afterschool Program, Camp REACH, and K–8 Summer Learning initiatives. She has developed a trauma-responsive out-of-school time model that expands student opportunities through academic enrichment, social-emotional learning, and strong community partnerships.Dawn holds a Master of Arts in Trauma-Informed Leadership and has secured more than $1.5 million in grant funding and established over 30 community partnerships to support innovative programming and expand learning opportunities for students. At this symposium, she will highlight how REACH serves as a key component of MSAD 54's educational pathways strategy, demonstrating how community partnerships can create meaningful educational pathways and improve student outcomes.
