About me
Jesseca Steele, Senior Program Manager for Junior Achievement of Maine, leads and delivers educational programs that inspire and prepare young people for their future work and career success. Jesseca is passionate about creating impactful learning opportunities and leverages her experience as a former teacher, school leader and adult-learning trainer to create inclusive, solution-focused, and industry-specific programming to classrooms throughout southern Maine.
Jesseca grew up in the Atlanta-metro area and holds a Bachelor of Science in Child & Family Development and a M.Ed. from the University of Georgia. After moving to Maine in 2013, Jesseca earned her Certificate of Advanced Studies in Educational Leadership from the University of Southern Maine and served as the Public Policy chair for Maine Association for the Education of Young Children and a curriculum writer for Maine Roads to Quality. Jesseca lives in Saco with her family and is proud to call Maine home.
