About me
Katie Doherty has been with the Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce since 2015, beginning her tenure as Program Director before being promoted to President & CEO in February 2017. A graduate of Thomas College, Katie brought to the Chamber a strong background in business operations, management, and marketing, along with a deep passion for strengthening the Kennebec Valley’s business community.As President & CEO, Katie oversees the full range of Chamber operations including strategic planning, membership development, programs, and regional economic initiatives. She works closely with the Chamber’s Board of Directors to advance long-term goals that support business growth, workforce development, and community vitality throughout the Capital region.
