Kaitlynn is the Marketing & Logistics Coordinator for the Hanley Center, where she has led the coordination of the organization’s internship program for the past three years. She is committed to pipeline work that strengthens Maine’s healthcare workforce and helping emerging leaders see the opportunities available in the state. As someone who left Maine and returned, Kaitlynn brings a personal dedication to creating pathways that keep talented young people here and engaged in meaningful careers.Kaitlynn has a strong interest in supporting public service workers, particularly around their mental well-being and leadership development. As a former educator, she understands the power of professional growth and its role in helping individuals thrive and better serve their communities.In her free time, Kaitlynn enjoys painting, interior design, and spending time with her husband and dog.
