Miah Lugrand serves as the Director of Partner Success & Enrollment at Let’s Get Ready, bringing over 20 years of experience across K–12 and higher education. Throughout her career, she has supported students through special education leadership, served as a Director of Special Education, and advanced student success initiatives in higher education through Student Support Services. Miah specializes in building strategic partnerships, developing student-centered programs, and leveraging data to create equitable pathways to college access, enrollment, and completion. Her passion is connecting systems, institutions, and communities to ensure students have the support they need to succeed.
