Wendy Kostenbauder is a focused leader with nearly two decades of experience in program administration, strategic planning, and business operations. Currently serving as a Program Manager for the Maine Apprenticeship Program, she excels in overseeing grant activities, developing performance goals, and building collaborative relationships with industry partners.
Wendy holds a Doctor of Education, Leadership and Professional Practice, a Master’s in Instructional Technology, and a Bachelor's in Business Management. She holds a certification as a Workforce Development Professional (CWDP).
